Cat's-Eye Vine Pull Chain Bracelet
Cat's eye is a real optical effect, a band of light that moves across a stone as it turns, and in fine jewellery it usually comes from genuine chrysoberyl. This bracelet borrows the name for a fiber-optic glass bead instead, cut to give a similar milky sheen and a moving line of light without the mineral behind it. It sits at the centre of a small vine of gold-plated copper, tiny pave leaves branching off on either side, with a couple of clear stones set close by.
The base metal is gold-plated copper, and the closure is a pull-chain style rather than a clasp: you slide the bead along the chain to tighten or loosen the fit, which makes it genuinely one-size, no clasp to fumble with one-handed. That's worth knowing before you order, since it behaves differently on the wrist than a fixed-length bracelet does.
The glass bead itself has real presence despite being small, a soft, cloudy glow rather than the hard sparkle of a faceted stone, which makes it sit quietly against skin rather than demanding attention. It reads well on its own, worn daily, or stacked with a plainer band on the same wrist.
Keep it away from water and perfume, the way plated pieces need, and slide the pull-chain closed rather than tugging at the vine itself to adjust the fit. At ₹220, the honest note is that the cat's eye effect here is glass doing a very good impression of a stone most people will never actually own.
