Blue Ombre Enamel Kada, Gold-Plated Anti-Tarnish

₹299

Hold this kada up to the light and the blue doesn't sit still: it runs from a deep navy at one end through to a pale, almost sky blue at the other, each shade painted on in its own segment and separated by a thin gold-plated band. The effect reads more like a dip-dye than a single flat colour, which is what makes a plain bangle shape worth a second look.

The enamel has a slight marbled texture under close inspection, not a perfectly flat surface, so the colour catches light a little differently depending on the angle. It's built as an open kada, so it slides on rather than needing to pass over the widest part of the hand, and the gold-plated dividers are done in anti-tarnish work, which matters more here than on jewellery you wear occasionally. A kada like this tends to go on in the morning and stay on.

Blue is an easy colour to build a small wrist stack around, whether that's a plain kurta on an ordinary day or something with more colour where you want one piece that doesn't compete. Keep it away from harsh scrubbing and perfume sprays and the shine at the joins holds rather than wearing thin the way cheaper plating often does.

There's nothing fussy about it. It's a bangle that does one thing, a gradient of blue in gold trim, and does it without needing anything else on the wrist to make sense.
