Purple is a colour that shows up rarely in this catalogue's flower pendants, most of which lean pink, white or gold, and this one uses a deep magenta-purple enamel with a visible gradient across each petal rather than one flat shade. Five petals fan out from a small textured centre, each one carved with a vein line down the middle the way a real petal catches a crease.

The chain is a flat, faceted link style rather than a plain round cable, which catches more light along its own length than a simple chain would, and it carries the same anti-tarnish finish as the pendant. Enamel work like this asks for slightly more care than a plated metal piece alone; keep it away from water and perfume, and avoid letting it knock against harder jewellery in storage since enamel can chip where plating would just scuff.

The purple reads jewel-toned rather than soft, closer to what you'd reach for with a darker outfit, festive black, deep green, a rich saree colour, than with something pale. It's a fair pick for an evening occasion specifically, more than the pastel florals nearby it in this range which lean toward daytime.

At ₹289, the combination of the gradient enamel and the textured chain link is where the price sits above the plainer pendant necklaces in this catalogue, and the colour is distinctive enough to be worth it if purple is a shade you actually reach for.
