Gold Ribbon Bow Ring
Nothing is set into this one. The bow is sculpted out of the metal itself and polished smooth, so the ring depends entirely on shape and shine rather than on any stone doing the work.
That turns out to be an advantage. Stones are what fail first on inexpensive rings, either falling out of small prongs or clouding until they look like plastic. A gold-plated ribbon bow ring with no settings has neither problem. There is nothing to lose and nothing to go dull except the plating.
The bow has proper folds, with the loops sitting at slightly different angles the way a real ribbon knot does rather than lying flat and symmetrical. The band is open at the back and adjusts, so it moves between fingers and between hands.
It is the cheapest ring in the range and it does not look it, mostly because polished metal photographs and wears better than cheap sparkle. Wear it on its own, or use it as the plain piece in a stack of stone-set rings.
Stainless steel under the plating means the core is solid. Keep it off during hand wash and the gold holds its warmth for a long time.
It is plain, and plain is hard to get wrong.
