CZ Bow Adjustable Ring

A trillion cut is triangular, and two of them set base to base give you a bow without a single piece of metal shaped like one. That is the neat part of this silver-tone bow ring. The shape comes entirely from the stones.

Small pavé stones run along the edges of both triangles and down onto the shoulders of the band, so light travels across the whole width instead of sitting in two bright points. The finish is rhodium plating over brass, which is where the bright white comes from. No silver in it, whatever the colour suggests.

The band opens at the back and adjusts by hand, which is useful on a ring where the top is wide. A wide face wants to be centred, and an adjustable band lets you fix that after the ring is on rather than living with it.

Cubic zirconia is the right stone at this price. It stays clear where glass clouds, and it takes a proper facet, so a small bow like this keeps flashing after months of wear rather than going grey.

It reads as evening jewellery but works in daylight because the scale is small. That combination is rarer than it sounds on anything sparkly.
