Glass bangles and gold-toned metal bangles age differently, which matters more on a large set like this than it does on a single piece. The twelve deep purple glass bangles here hold their colour with almost no care at all, while the four gold-toned ghungroo charm bangles are the part of the set that actually benefits from being kept dry and stored properly.

At ₹299 for all sixteen pieces, deep purple sits at the richer, more saturated end of this set's colour range, closer to a jewel tone than a pastel, worth knowing if you're building a stack for festive rather than everyday colours.

Store the whole set safely between wears and keep it away from moisture, mostly for the sake of the charm bangles' golden shine rather than the glass.

Deep purple stacks well against gold borders and darker fabric, which makes it one of the easier bold colours in this range to actually match to an existing wardrobe rather than build a new outfit around.
