A kangan that refuses to sit in a straight line. Each of these glass bangles is shaped into a continuous S-wave, so a stack on the wrist reads as ripples rather than rings. The glass is sheer enough for light to pass straight through, which is where the colours earn their keep: green, pink, blue, violet, red and yellow, each sold by its design number so you can pick the shade the outfit needs.

The wave is more than a look. Two wavy bangles worn together interlock visually, filling the wrist the way four straight bangles would, and the high-gloss surface keeps the colour bright without any coating to wear off. Glass has that advantage over plated metal. The colour is the material itself.

These are lightweight on the hand and comfortable through a long function, though glass asks for the usual respect: put them on over a soft surface the first few times, and store them where they will not knock together. Sizes 2.6 and 2.8 cover most wrists.

One thing worth knowing before you order. The listing title says two pieces, while the maker's own copy describes a set of six shades, so confirm the count you want with us if it matters for a matched look. Either way, the wave shape is what people will ask about at the wedding.
